HIRING PROCESS: Complete PRE-SCREEN QUESTIONS on INDEED Application> Recruiting will review and follow up/ send our DIRECT APPLICATION link through AxisCare to be filled out completely>> Recruiting/ Hiring will review the detail then follow up to set up a phone call >> Be invited to attend and complete our in-person interview/ Hiring process (takes one day only-up to 3 hours)>>You could be scheduled the next day>>Paid the following week (Weekly Pay)!

What we provide:
- Weekly pay! on Fridays
- 1.5x paid on Holidays worked
- Over Time opportunities
- Incentive Rates (for certain Clients and Low-notice shift coverage)/ Bonuses
- Referral Bonuses (Family/ Friend) when advertised
- Hiring Promotional Bonuses (will be provided during in-person if applicable)
- 401k enrollment after 6 months from hire (Applicable for W-2 employees)

- PPE is provided. Your health and safety are important to us!
Requirements for hire:
- Up to date CPR (online options),
- Previous TB test (low cost options available) or follow up TB Questionnaire Screening will be provided
- Background check (efficient turn around)
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- 1 year experience preferred
Education: High School Diploma/GED required
