As Caregiver Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our team of caregivers. Think coach, mentor, trainer, and problem-solver all in one. You’ll set the tone, help new hires thrive, and ensure our clients get the kind of care that makes them feel truly supported.
This office is near the Northgate area, looking for this candidate to live in the Northern part of Seattle.
Lead, support, and grow a team of caregivers
Run engaging weekly orientations
Train caregivers-both in skills and the softer side of care
Join caregivers on their first client visits
Handle performance reviews and offer real-time feedback
Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Staffing, and Recruiting
Be the voice of the caregiver-answer questions, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly
1+ year in healthcare, senior care, or team leadership, ideally CNA background
Strong communication, time management, and people skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Point of Care software experience
Medical, dental, vision
