AllCare HomeCare is seeking a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver to support an independent female client in maintaining her daily routine and quality of life. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and providing companionship while encouraging independence.

Client Interests:

• Enjoys drinking coffee 
• Likes watching television and relaxing at home 
• Independent and capable, but benefits from reminders and light support 
• Appreciates friendly conversation and companionship

Responsibilities:

• Provide medication and appointment reminders 
• Assist with daily scheduling and routine reminders 
• Offer companionship and social engagement 
• Encourage independence while providing support as needed 
• Assist with light community outings when appropriate 
• Document services provided during each shift 

Qualifications:

• Reliable, compassionate, and patient 
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to provide gentle reminders and encouragement 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred 
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus but not required
