Caregiver Needed

We are currently seeking a committed caregiver to provide personalized assistance to the elderly in their daily activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, genuine concern for the elderly, and a strong commitment to helping those in need.

Job Duties:

- Aid the elderly with tasks like dressing, bathing, meal planning, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

- Deliver customized and compassionate care to address each senior's unique requirements.

- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks following dietary guidelines.

- Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications.

- Assist with transfers and mobility as necessary.

- Monitor the health status of the elderly closely and communicate any changes to the appropriate individuals.

- Encourage seniors to engage in social activities to enhance their overall well-being.

- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized living environment for the elderly individual.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in patient care or a related role is preferred.

- A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a willingness to assist those in need.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to remain calm and provide care in challenging situations.

- Familiarity with established caregiving protocols and standards.

- CPR and first aid certification is a plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
