Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for clients requiring complex transfers, including the use of transfer equipment like Hoyer lifts and gait belts
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Foster a safe and supportive environment to encourage client independence
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Build meaningful relationships and deliver compassionate, client-centered care

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with complex transfers, including knowledge of proper techniques and safety protocols
• Physical capability to perform safe client transfers
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient attitude
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Skills:

• CNA certification or equivalent caregiving training
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with mobility challenges
