Freedom Home Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a client in the Northfield, MN area.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–2:00 PM
30 hours per week

Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll help your client remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own home. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Providing companionship and meaningful interaction


• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and safety needs


• Preparing light meals and assisting with feeding as needed


• Light housekeeping and laundry


• Providing medication reminders


• Completing accurate care documentation


• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition


• Following the client's individualized care plan

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, professional, and committed to providing quality care.

• Previous professional caregiving or healthcare experience required


• CNA, assisted living, nursing home, group home, home care, or similar experience preferred


• Valid driver's license


• Reliable vehicle of your own


• Current auto insurance


• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study


• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to commit to the Monday–Friday, 8 AM–2 PM schedule
