Your Role as a Home Health Aide

As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide personalized, non-medical care that empowers seniors to maintain their independence while enhancing their quality of life.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


• Planning and preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals and providing feeding assistance when needed


• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying to maintain a clean and safe home environment


• Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and community outings as needed


• Providing companionship, meaningful conversation, and emotional encouragement


• Encouraging participation in daily routines and engaging activities that promote independence and well-being


• Observing, monitoring, and communicating any noticeable changes in a client's condition

What We're Looking For

We're seeking caregivers who lead with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius to client homes


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
