What You’ll Do:

• 
  Personal Care & Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transport, ambulation, and personal hygiene to ensure client comfort.


• 
  Medication Support: Provide timely medication reminders and help clients manage their routines.


• 
  Nutrition & Meal Prep: Plan and prepare meals tailored to dietary needs, promoting health and hydration.


• 
  Companionship: Offer heartfelt companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and accompany clients to appointments or social outings.


• 
  Health Monitoring: Observe and report health changes, documenting care to support our dedicated care team.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).


• Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required—we value passion and train for success!).


• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).


• A compassionate, empathetic heart and strong communication & interpersonal skills.


• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate within a supportive team.

Where You Will Be Working:

At Executive Home Care, we can offer in-home postings in most of the County of San Diego. We serve the areas of San Diego, La Jolla, Coronado, El Cajon, La Mesa, Jamul and Santee, and we are also able to offer clients with homes in the San Marcos, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Rancho Penasquitos, Rancho Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Cardiff, Solana Beach, as well as Carlsbad, Vista, Oceanside and Encinitas. We will work with you on an ideal location that works best for you!
