Caregiver Support Coordinator

Are you a people person who loves to present beneficial information to others in a small or large group setting? Are you passionate about providing education and support to clients with cognitive disabilities as well as their families and caregivers?

If so, we are looking for you!

Primary duties will include:

• Community Outreach and Networking
• Facilitating support groups for caregivers
• Staff training on support practices for clients
• Maintaining client files, data entry on encounters as well as report preparation
• Maintain and update Caregiver Support Resources
• Client/Caregiver consultations and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

This position will require frequent public speaking and the ability to facilitate meetings as well as outreach services within the community. There will also be local travel.

This position is part time with the possibility for growth into a full-time position.
