Key Responsibilities
Schedule Coordination: Collaborate with caregivers to create, assign, and adjust schedules, ensuring seamless coverage for clients with urgency and precision. We strive to balance client needs with caregiver strengths to find the best match.
Caregiver Support and Teaching: Coach and develop caregivers, drawing on your experience and offering on-the-job teaching moments to help them grow in confidence and skill.
Problem-Solving: Swiftly resolve staffing challenges, such as last-minute changes or conflicts, to maintain uninterrupted service for clients.
Prioritization: Focus on critical staffing needs, aligning with team priorities to meet both immediate and long-term objectives.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain professional, compassionate relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met through effective staffing.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Staffing Supervisors, fostering clear communication and a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years as a caregiver or in a staffing/scheduling role, preferably in an in-home care setting.
Skills:
- Professional, friendly phone manners with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues with urgency and efficiency.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Computer Literacy: Quick learner with the ability to rapidly master scheduling software and texting platforms for efficient caregiver communication and coordination.
- Detail-oriented with a business-building mindset.
- Natural teacher who enjoys coaching and motivating others.

Compensation
Starting Pay: $27–$29 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Work Environment
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:00.
Culture: Fast-paced, collaborative office setting with a focus on teamwork and adaptability.
Flexibility: Occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed for urgent staffing needs.
