Job Summary

Senior Helpers - Franklin is seeking a full-time Caregiver to provide top-quality care in a compassionate and patient-focused manner to seniors in Columbia, Tennessee, and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have an empathetic attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits

Senior Helpers - Franklin offers a competitive compensation of $15 to $16 per hour, paid biweekly. Benefits include medical insurance, overtime compensation, PTO, 401K retirement savings program, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors in performing activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and social interaction with clients.
• Merge skills and experience to create and execute personalized care plans for each senior.
• Provide transportation services as needed, including doctor's visits and errands.
• Report on changes in a client's condition, mental or physical health, as soon as they are noticed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a background check, including drug screening
