Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Workers to join our team in Waldenburg, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.


• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.


• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.


• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.


• Maintain accurate records of services provided.

Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus but not required.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.


• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting clients.


• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.


• Must be able to pass a background check.
