Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Workers to join our team in Carleton, MI. As a Caregiver Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality in-home care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.


• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.


• Assist with medication reminders and adherence to care plans.


• Ensure the safety and comfort of clients at all times.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.


• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and mobility assistance.


• Willingness to undergo background checks as required.
