Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Workers to join our team in Saline, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning


• Monitor client health and report any changes to the supervisory staff


• Ensure clients’ safety and comfort at all times


• Adhere to all company policies and state regulations regarding home care

Requirements

• Previous caregiver or home health experience is a plus


• Ability to communicate effectively and empathize with clients


• Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Saline, MI


• Must be able to pass a background check


• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
