Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Workers to join our team in Van Buren Township, MI. As a Caregiver Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Help with medication reminders and basic health monitoring


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment


• Document care provided and communicate client needs to the healthcare team


• Ensure client safety and report any changes in condition promptly

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is an asset


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Van Buren Township, MI


• Background check clearance
