Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregiver Workers in Hartland, MI. This role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to our clients in their homes to help them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide medication reminders and support clients with their healthcare routines as needed.


• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely in and out of bed or chairs.


• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing client’s living spaces.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their wellbeing.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers about client needs and conditions.


• Maintain detailed records and documentation of services provided and client progress.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred but not required.


• Ability to pass a background check.


• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.


• Reliable transportation to client homes in Hartland, MI.


• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting and standing for extended periods.


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
