Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Workers to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in Rochester Hills, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a respectful and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Monitor clients' health condition and report any changes to healthcare professionals or family members.


• Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals.


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress.

Requirements

• Previous care giving experience is a plus but not required.


• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting clients with mobility.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused with a strong work ethic.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation plus.


• Must pass background checks.
