We are currently seeking experienced Floater Caregivers who have a heart for working with seniors and are committed to making a positive impact in their lives. As a Floating Caregiver, you will work with a variety of clients throughout the week and on a weekend rotation. You will fill in when the primary caregiver calls in or takes time off to provide care for clients in a safe and secure environment that meets their needs.

Job Pay Rate: $13/hour - $15/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, continence care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Provide transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shopping
• Deliver supplies to client homes and conduct basic monitoring visits
• Promote positivity throughout the agency
• Work with clients who smoke or have pets in the home
• Provide patient laundry and linen changes

Skills Required:

• 2 years of caregiving experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate care and problem-solve in a team environment
• Heart for working with seniors and promoting their physical and mental well-being
• State CNA certification / CHHA certification preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work with all types of clients on short notice during the weekend
• Moderate computer experience
• Dependable attendance and leadership and integrity
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
