We’re currently hiring caregivers who are passionate about providing exceptional care and companionship to seniors in Harlingen, TX.

As a Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will support clients with their daily living activities, promote independence and dignity, and build meaningful relationships along the way. Your role is vital in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients.

  Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

  Provide medication reminders and maintain basic care documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Offer companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare nutritious meals in line with dietary needs

  
  


• 
  

  Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, and home organization

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments or outings

  
  


• 
  

  Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior

  
  


• 
  

  Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols

  
  

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred, but not required

  
  


• 
  

  CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients

  
  


• 
  

  Empathetic, patient, and adaptable in caregiving situations

  
  


• 
  

  Previous caregiving experience preferred, but we welcome fast learners

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform hands-on care tasks

  
  

• 
  

  Competitive pay: $10–$12 per hour, based on experience and shift type
