Golden Years LLC is currently seeking devoted, compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our growing team. You must be able to help assist clients with their daily activities of living including but not limited to - bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, pet care, etc.
Place of Employment: Client homes, work sites outside of the client home as required and other work sites as required Golden Years management.
Accountable to Golden Years Director, Administrator, Manager, Supervisor or Nurse-in-Charge.
Job Summary: The Caregiver is a front line position acting as a representative Golden Years and providing the services offered by the company. The Caregiver duties are not limited to those listed as the position has a wide scope of duties at times dependent on the client and always under the auspices of the company. The Caregiver will mostly work independently of co-workers or supervisors and therefore must balance good judgement and initiative along with the policies of the company.

8am-4pm
4pm-9pm
7am-7pm
PRN/On Call
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Home Care: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR/First Aide Certification (Required)
- Negative TB (Required)
Work Location: In person
It should be noted that emphasis is for the Caregiver to involve the client in the plan care program to help provide the client with the basic standards of healthy living as follows:
Physical Activity, Mental Stimulation, Nutrition (Meal Prep) , Eating , Feeding Bathing, Grooming , Dressing, Light Housekeeping, Incontinent Care, Transferring from bed to Chair
Work Hours: This position may require various shifts at various times (including nights, weekends, and sleep-over) in one or more work sites.
