Caregiver Responsibilities
As a member of our in-home care team, you'll provide compassionate, personalized support that helps seniors thrive at home.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Helping with meal preparation and daily routines
- Supporting mobility and promoting home safety
- Providing transportation to appointments and running errands
- Offering medication reminders
- Performing light housekeeping and household assistance
- Supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia
What We're Looking For
We're seeking dependable, compassionate individuals who enjoy helping others.
Qualifications include:
- Caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, or Direct Support Professional (DSP) is helpful but not required
- Paid training is available for motivated individuals with a passion for serving seniors
