Job Summary

We are seeking Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, dispensing medication, and other tasks that improve the client’s living standards and environment. The ideal candidate must have empathy for others, be patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living skills, personal hygiene needs and dressing

Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

Prepare meals and snacks

Light housekeeping activities

Dispense medication

Provide companionship

Assist with errands and shopping

Work at one of our Adult Day Training Centers to care for members

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred

First aid and CPR certified

Article 9

Identifying and Reporting Abuse and Neglect

Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Prevention & Support (Plus but not necessary)

DCW 1 & 2 (Plus but not necessary)

2 Forms of ID

Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills

Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift 50lbs of weight

Must be 18 years or older

High School Diploma or GED

Our goal is to become the gold standard in excellent caregiving in the State of Arizona and beyond. We plan to achieve this by providing a conducive environment for both our staff and members to thrive in, as well as, continuously training our staff to always exude compassion and empathy in their everyday interactions with members.
