Whether you’ve worked as a caregiver before or you’re looking for an opportunity to get started, experience is not required. We provide training and support while looking for people who bring patience, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.

What We’re Looking For

The most important qualifications are a caring attitude and dependable work ethic. Applicants should also have:

• A genuine interest in helping seniors


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• A valid driver’s license


• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance


• Ability to work legally in the United States


• Must be at least 18 years old


• Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but not necessary

How You’ll Make a Difference

Every client is different, and your support will help them remain comfortable, independent, and safe in their own home.

Caregiver duties may include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily routines


• Providing companionship and social interaction


• Preparing meals


• Helping with light household chores and laundry


• Assisting with errands and transportation


• Providing medication reminders


• Offering encouragement, conversation, and emotional support
