Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in Crossville and Cookeville. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.


• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the nursing staff or family members as appropriate.


• Follow all care plans and protocols to ensure client safety and well-being.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus but not required.


• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.


• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong work ethic.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.


• Must be able to pass background check
