Cargiver - 77351 (Livingston)

SCHEULED HOURS: 

MONDAY-FRIDAY 2:30PM-7PM

Saturday and Sunday 7AM-PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Basic laundry


• Shopping and running errands


• Prescription medical management


• Help with personal hygiene and care


• Assisting with meals and nutrition


• Help with mobility and transfer


• Home maintenance and basic housekeeping


• Keeping them company


• Reporting and monitoring the patients’ health changes

Other Responsibilities may include:

• Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family and other health care professionals.


• Documentation: Keeping accurate records of care provided and any changes in the individual’s condition.


• Safety: Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
