Shift:3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Cargo Component Technician to join our aerospace team. The Cargo Component Technician will be responsible for repairing and testing key aircraft cargo components—including PDUs, latches, ball mats, and more—in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in a high-quality, hands-on aerospace setting.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of aviation-related technical experience or equivalent education preferred
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Repair and test aircraft cargo components including PDUs, latches, locks, lateral guides, and ball mats
• Use hand and power tools to perform repair work
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions
• Communicate clearly with team members and document shift handoffs
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace as a dedicated Cargo Component Technician

Preferred Education

• Technical training in aviation mechanics, systems, or related discipline is a plus
