Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a CARHOP. As a CARHOP, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by delivering food and beverages to their vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude

- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently

- Prepare and package food and beverages for delivery

- Deliver orders to customers' vehicles in a timely and safe manner

- Collect payment and provide change if necessary

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and vehicles

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

- Upsell additional items to increase sales

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math and cash handling skills

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
