CARLISLE - Experienced Title Clerk

Platinum Preowned in Carlisle is looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and detail-focused Title Clerk to become part of our team. POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

Key Responsibilities: 

• Process all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled


• Ensure that online registration is timely and within state guidelines


• Review incoming titles for accuracy


• Work closely with Sales & Finance Managers to resolve title issues


• Report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provide a current list of outstanding titles
  

Qualifications:

• Auto Title Processing (minimum 6 months to 1 year experience)


• Strong knowledge of PA title regulations and DMV procedures


• Notary preferred but not required


• Highly organized


• Self-motivated


• Strong attention to detail


• Dependable, Team player


• Critical Thinking Skills


• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills


• Ability to prioritize tasks independently


• Ability to provide quality customer service

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• Additional Title Training Preferred but not required


• Valid Driver's License


• Clean Driving Record


• Background Check
