We’re looking for a versatile, motivated Carpenter to join our growing company. In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with several departments, taking on a wide range of tasks that keep our projects running smoothly and our clients thrilled.

What You’ll Do at James & Whitney Co.:

• Deliver high-quality trim work for doors and windows, both inside and out—down to the last detail.
• Tackle wood rot repairs and fascia board replacements with precision and care.
• Build, repair, and maintain beautiful, functional decks and outdoor living spaces.
• Perform small-scale roof repairs, including shingle replacement and boot swaps, to keep homes secure and dry.
• Collaborate with our Roof Rejuvenation Manager on specialized maintenance and treatment services.
• Step in to support gutter installations as needed, contributing to seamless project execution.
• Safely and confidently operate a wide range of power and hand tools.
• Communicate job-site updates and changes clearly with Project Managers to keep clients informed.
• Represent James & Whitney Co. with a clean, professional appearance on every site.
• Apply a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship to every task.
• Use strong time management and organizational skills to stay on top of project timelines and daily goals.
