Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Carpenter to join our construction team!
In this role, you will assist with demolition, framing, rewiring, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and any other aspects of renovating an apartment.
The ideal candidate is hard-working and dedicated to producing quality work. If you're an experienced carpenter with a positive attitude, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety rules and regulations

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed

Construct wood structures, including framing, joists, and rafters

Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware

Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Carpenter is preferred

Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements

Ability to read and take action on blueprints, floor plans, or other drawings

Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools

Knowledge of building regulations and codes

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects

MUST HAVES

Reliable transportation

You must pass a background check

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
