Carpenter

We are seeking a highly motivated residential Carpenter to join our team in the Richmond, VA - West End area!

This is an onsite Carpenter position for an apartment community.

This is a full time position with 40 hours per week guaranteed! Working hours are currently Mon-Fri.

Weinstein Properties owns and manages all of our properties which provides stability and growth opportunities!

Compensation:

• Pay - starting at $24 per hour depending on experience


• Quarterly Bonus – $980 potential (based on performance of property and team)

Requirements:

• Carpenter candidates must possess at least 4 years of residential carpentry experience.


• Job duties include demolition, sheet rock installation/repair, kitchen & bath renovations, door installation, framing and trim work.


• Basic plumbing and electrical skills are a plus!


• Must have and use your own tools.


• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license REQUIRED.


• DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted.
