• Days: Monday–Thursday
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role

Join our team as a Carpenter in the Building Envelope Department. This roles begin with local, hands-on training in Buckeye, AZ then transition into travel-based positions. All candidates must be open to travel after the initial training. Prevailing wage projects are available.

Responsibilities

• Execute skilled carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, and installing weather stripping, Styrofoam board, fiberglass insulation, spray foam, and window caulking.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools (drills, miter saws), and elevated equipment (ladders, scaffolding, lifts).
• Assist with loading/unloading and staging materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Travel to various job sites following training.

• 1–2 years of construction/carpentry experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Safety-oriented with correct PPE usage.
• Detail-oriented, observant, and dexterous.
• Valid driver’s license required; OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Comfortable with digital devices (tablet, computer, phone).
