Carpenter

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform large-scale metal and wood stud framing, drywall installation, and full interior build-outs in accordance with project plans and specifications


• Install doors, frames, and hardware with precision, ensuring proper alignment and functionality


• Work on commercial, military, and industrial construction projects across various local job sites in the Salisbury, MD area


• Safely operate scaffolding, tools, and equipment to handle and install heavy materials while maintaining a clean and organized work environment


• Follow all OSHA safety standards and comply with current building codes and company procedures on every project


• Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete jobs efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality workmanship


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately


• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment required for carpentry work


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various local job sites as needed

• Must be able to pass background checks for military base access


• Must have a Real ID.


• Ability to navigate to assigned job site around the local Salisbury area 

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Location:

• Salisbury, MD

Pay:

• $25-$28hr+ depending on level of experience plus OT at 1.5x.
