Job Description - Carpenter - Interior Finish Work, Exterior Decking & Woodworking

Key Responsibilities:

Perform interior finish carpentry work, including baseboards, crown molding, trim, and cabinetry installation.

Build and install custom woodwork and fixtures as needed for residential or commercial spaces.

Construct and install exterior decking and other outdoor wood structures.

Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within project deadlines.

Work with various materials such as wood, composites, and other carpentry products.

Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in interior finish carpentry, exterior decking, and general woodworking.

Strong knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.

Detail-oriented with a focus on craftsmanship and quality.

Reliable, team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
