Our focus is concept to completion renovations and new construction which include whole-house remodels, additions, kitchens, baths, historic restorations, and new home builds.

The ideal candidate will have demolition and construction experience, be willing to learn, communicative, organized, and work safely. Requirements

• Following instructions from the Project Developer and Lead Carpenter
• Performing job and carpentry tasks under supervision safely
• Reliability, and reliable transportation
• Wearing appropriate cloths and safety equipment at all times
• Maintaining a safe, clutter-free, protected job site

Skills

• Demolition and rough carpentry
• Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws
• Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props
• Professional positive interactions with clients, supervisors, peers, and trades
• Adapting to change

Qualifications

• Pay dependent upon experience or skills
• High school degree or equivalent
• Finish carpentry skills a plus
• Understanding of the residential remodeling and construction processes
• Acceptable background check
