Carpenter/ Project Manager

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, perform job assignments ( drywall, paint, Insulation, Finish Trim, minor framing, minor electrical, Minor plumbing, and Minor roofing repairs as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Coordinate jobs with the production manager to determine what aspects will be produced by this job role which would consist of small to medium size restoration projects . This role will consist of Keeping the General/Operations Manager, and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements, completing job files, and monitoring jobs from start to finish. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate.
