Your Workweek:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – Waukesha office

What You'll Do:

· Build and install custom decks, pavers, screened-in porches, and other outdoor features.

· Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.

· Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with homeowners.

· Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude on-site.

· Stay up to date with new construction techniques, tools, and materials.

· Adhere strictly to established safety protocols and ensure a safe, organized work environment at all times.

Required Qualities We Are Looking For:

· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

· Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions year-round.

· Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

· Knowledge of carpentry best practices and techniques

· Precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials.

· Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools

· Perform physical labor and comfortable working with heights

To qualify for the role, you must have:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 2+ years of experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
