Structural repairs on mostly old homes. Removing and replacing or repairing beams, floor joists, support columns, sill plates and any other framing that is damaged, rotted, bug infested or just not adequate. Jackhammering. digging footings. Pouring concrete. jacking and leveling beams/floors.

Looking for someone reliable with some basic carpentry experience and can use power tools. we can teach the specifics of what we do if you at least have basic understanding of the structure and framing of a house and the terminology. Must have transportation and tools. Must be able to lift 80lb bags of concrete and be able to work in crawl spaces. Must be able to pass a drug test.
