Commercial Architectural Carpenter:

Key Performance Indicators:

• Leadership – Lead by example, apprenticeship development, strong work ethic, reliability, ETC.
• Problem Solving – Adaptation to changes, material suitability, design implementation, ETC.
• Quality Control – Ensure accuracy of measurements, install to specification and customer satisfaction, ETC.
• Safety Competency and Compliance – Recognize hazards, create mitigation plan, pivot when required, ETC.

Fundamental Job Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial carpentry. (5 years plus preferred).
• Experience in Division 10 installation (Doors, Hardware, Backing, Blocking, Partition Walls, Cabinets, ETC.).
• Additional experience in Form Work, Cement Masonry, Wall Systems, Doors and Hardware ETC. is preferred.
  
• Interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately.
• Collaborate with project teams and uphold quality and safety standards.
