Job Description - Carpentry Apprentice

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture custom home organization systems. 

  • Assist with installing custom closets, cabinets, and shelving – training provided! 

  • Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques. 

  • Operate woodworking machinery. 

  • Work on-site at customer homes with a friendly, supportive team. 

  • Understand cut lists for daily jobs. 

  • Use hand tools and power tools safely. 

  • Help measure, cut, and fit parts with guidance from experienced team members. 

  • Follow quality and safety standards. 

  • Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule. 

  • Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager. 

Requirements

  • Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Coachable and willing to take part in company-paid training and mentorship. 

  • We are looking for individuals interested in becoming skilled carpenters (with a pay increase). 

  • Customer-oriented, friendly, and punctual.

Compensation: $0.18 - $0.20 per hour
