What You’ll Do:
Build and manage relationships with carrier partners across the country
Negotiate rates and secure capacity to ensure on-time, cost-effective freight movement
Track and trace shipments, proactively resolving service issues
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers
Leverage AI and automation tools to efficiently source and book freight, freeing you up to focus on strategy and relationship-building
Use technology and industry tools to grow carrier networks and streamline communication

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in carrier sales, logistics, or transportation preferred but not required
Strong communicator and confident negotiator
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Self-starter who thrives on solving problems and working as part of a team
Comfortable working a Friday through Tuesday schedule with set hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word
