Description
The Case Intake Coordinator will be responsible for receiving all incoming cases from our clients and assigning a reviewing physician. This role will also include organizing, preparing, and posting to the physician portal for physician reviewers and will be responsible for ensuring proper due dates and times are provided to the physician reviewer. The Case Intake Coordinator will make decisions regarding billing time allotment for cases, pay rates for cases to the physician reviewers, assigned specialties for cases, revised due dates for cases, and overall case identification.

· Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
License and Certification: None

Position Demands:
This position requires sitting, bending, and stooping for up to 8 hours per day in an office setting. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 lbs. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to learn technical material. The person in this position occasionally needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, printer, etc. The person in this position frequently communicates with guests, employees, and vendors and must be able to exchange accurate information.
