CASE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: MA, HUC, PCT, STNA Communication skills (oral and written) are imperative as they interact with physicians, employees, and patients. In additional there is daily contact with customers, employees, visitors, vendors, physicians and with patients/families Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs with excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills. Good organizational skills and ability to multi-tasks required. Ability to assist staff with technical troubleshooting of software and hardware issues Must be able to work well under pressure and maintain professional demeanor under adverse conditions N/A
