Job Description - CASE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED Type of degree: N/A § Area of study or major: N/A Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: MA, HUC, PCT, STNA § Communication skills (oral and written) are imperative as they interact with physicians, employees, and patients. In additional there is daily contact with customers, employees, visitors, vendors, physicians and with patients/families § Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs with excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills. § Good organizational skills and ability to multi-tasks required. § Ability to assist staff with technical troubleshooting of software and hardware issues § Must be able to work well under pressure and maintain professional demeanor under adverse conditions § N/A
