MLee Healthcare is looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Case Management to join the leadership team of one of our esteemed independent hospitals near Columbus, Ohio. This full-time, onsite role offers unparalleled benefits—see details below!

• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

• Provide 24-hour leadership for clinical practice and operational functions in case management.
• Develop and supervise the case management team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards.
• Lead the assessment, development, and evaluation of safe, cost-effective care.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, and the community.
• Be accountable for the cost-effective financial performance of resources.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and address competencies.

• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current licensure to practice in the State of Ohio.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years' hospital experience; prior management experience is a plus.
• Current certification as a Case Management Administrator is preferred.

• Low annual deductibles: $250 (single) and $500 (family).
