We promote hope and empowerment to persons and families touched by mental illness, substance abuse, HIV and multiple occurring diagnoses, and their related challenges.

The ADTC Case Manager is responsible for: 

• Screening and assessing clients for the presence of SUD and/or co-occurring substance use and mental disorders. The information obtained from the screening and assessment will develop culturally and linguistically appropriate prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery support services and treatment plans. 
• Assist with screening for infectious diseases for which those with SUDs are at high risk, including, but not limited to, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), viral hepatitis (hepatitis A, B, and C), and syphilis. 
• Provide appropriate referral and follow-up to ensure treatment if screening tests indicate infection, and vaccination for those infectious diseases for which a vaccine is available.

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Associate's degree in behavioral science or related field with CADC certification.
• REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field (Required if applicant doesn't have a CADC Certification)
• REQUIRED: 1 year experience in Substance Abuse/Addiction and/or Mental Health
• REQUIRED: Valid driver's license with 2 points or less
• PREFERRED: CADC 
• PREFERRED: 1 Year experience in Community Resources
• PREFERRED: 1 Year experience in Co-Occurring Disorders

Requirements

 Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 
• 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Salary:

• From $21/hour
• Commensurate with experience, education, and certification!
