Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with rotating on-call)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and emotionally disturbed youth in reaching their personal goals.
• Help create and carry out personalized treatment plans with patients and their families.
• Traveling across our 20-county catchment area as needed (center vehicle provided).
• Lead or assist in life-enriching group activities and skill-building sessions.
• Advocate for patients, connecting them with vital community resources and services.
• Keep records updated and accurate to ensure great care and compliance.
• Share in on-call support duties with a rotating team schedule.

• Experience counts! We accept equivalent work experience in human services (teaching, daycare, CNA, etc.) or a BA/BS degree. One year of related work = one year of college.
• Great with people—strong communication and empathy are a must.
• Comfortable in a variety of human service settings.
• Able to pass background checks (KBI, child/adult abuse registry, motor vehicle screens).
• Able to pass drug screen & be subject to a random drug testing pool.
