Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and families in navigating complex systems related to behavioral health, child welfare, and workforce development. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in case management or a related field, particularly within addiction counseling or behavioral health settings.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and mentoring, with the ability to supervise staff effectively.
• Knowledge of child welfare systems and resources available for families.
• Familiarity with workforce development initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in using case management software and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
