Location:  Felicity, OH 45120 (Clermont County)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

The School Based Mental Health Specialist provides mental health case management and prevention services to children and families at Felicity Franklin Schools. The mental health specialist will develop connections with the principals, teachers, students and parents to develop rapport and provide quality services.  

 School Based Case Manager primary responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group behavioral health and SUD services for youth.
• Provide services in schools, and occasional visits will occur in the homes and community setting.
• Create and maintain Individual Treatment Plans with clients and their families.
• Link clients with community resources and effectively collaborate with school or community professionals.
