Case Manager

Northeast Counseling Services (NCS) is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Blended Case Manager. The Blended Case Manager works with individuals experiencing serious mental illness using a strengths-based, recovery-oriented approach. The primary goal of this position is to empower clients to identify their needs, access resources, and achieve greater independence through coordinated support and advocacy.

Job Type: Full-time, flexible hours

Pay: up to $37,000.00 per year based on education and experience and bilingual ability

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 12 college credit hours in Sociology, Human Services, Psychology, or another social science field is required.


• Two (2) years of experience in Human Services with 1 year of providing direct client contact.


• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, or a related field preferred

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

This position requires the successful completion of an FBI Clearance, PA Criminal Clearance and Child Abuse Clearance.
